Jill Smith, FNP-C

Originally from Fisher, MN, Jill Smith attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks where she earned her Bachelor of Science Nursing degree in 2010. Following graduation, she worked as a Registered Nurse at Altru Hospital in both the Intensive Care and Medical Surgery departments. From there, she furthered her education at UND completing her Master’s Degree in Family Practice Nursing. A portion of her clinical rotation was spent here at North Valley Health Center, and upon graduating in May 2017, she was hired as a full time Primary Care Provider.

 

Jill and her husband Britton have 4 boys and now reside in Alvarado. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her boys and at the lake with family.
